However, when I asked for a separate doggy bag for the salad, the owner's response was: "It's starting to cost me a lot." Unacceptable, especially after a bill of CHF 100.
Losing a potentially loyal customer for a 0.20 cent tray is regrettable. We won't be back.

We are even more shocked by your response.
1. The salad offered on the daily menu arrived on the table. We did ask for two plates so our children could eat it too.
2. Their pizza to share arrived later, and so they could enjoy it without any leftover salad dressing, we asked for two plates again.
3. We are regulars at the restaurant and are lucky enough to go there often. This is the first time in our lives that we've had to ask for plates and been told they're free.
4. Indeed, since we hadn't finished our food, we asked for two doggy bags, then a third, and that's when we were met with your comment, which made absolutely no reference to any ecological approach. After research, the cost of these three trays came to CHF 0.15 cents. We covered it with the tip.
I understand that you've just opened and the stakes are high, but please be aware that this attitude can ruin the experience for your customers, who won't return.
We nevertheless wish you every success in the future.

De plus, deux emballages vous ont été remis gratuitement pour emporter vos restes.Nous comprenons votre demande, mais nous essayons également de limiter le gaspillage de plastique. We came to try this new restaurant and were delighted! Friendly, fast service. The food was very, very good. It's a simple menu, but the dishes are truly signature and stand out from other restaurants in the area! I highly recommend it!

A well-decorated, understated interior. A menu with a wide variety of choices. Beautiful dishes and the quality is there. Everything was delicious, and the desserts too.

First of all, we received a very warm welcome from the moment we arrived. The servers were attentive, friendly, and always available to answer any questions we had. The restaurant's ambiance was truly pleasant and relaxed, with a friendly atmosphere that immediately put us at ease.
The dishes we tasted were excellent, very well presented, and full of flavor. The only slight drawback we could point out was the quantity: the portions were a little small, but the quality more than made up for it. The desserts, meanwhile, were simply perfect, as beautiful as they were delicious.
What we particularly appreciated was the professionalism and kindness of the staff: always smiling, attentive, and respectful. It's a place where you feel good, a welcoming place where you want to return. Honestly, a wonderful culinary experience in a warm setting.

We had a wonderful time as a family. I enjoyed some absolutely delicious perch fillets meunière! The original and surprising seasoning was completely different from anything I'd ever tasted for this dish before. A wonderful discovery. For dessert, the homemade chocolate cake was simply perfect: melt-in-the-mouth, indulgent, and delicious.
